What you will do
Our Integrated Security Solutions team are dedicated to delivering high quality service to our customers by providing service and commissioning support as required on CCTV, Access Control and Integrated systems. We are looking for Service Engineer who have the ability to identify and rectify problems before they occur.

The role of the Service Engineer within our Integrated Security Solutions team is to provide Service support on CCTV, Access Control and Integrated systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for a time served Service Engineer to work within a high performing team. How you will do it

As a Service Engineer you will provide excellent customer service for both internal and external customers. You will manage and establish relationships with one key customer. A key part of the role is to ensure customer satisfaction through installing or servicing the appropriate devices, working safely and providing customer satisfaction.

You will handle ambiguity well, make decisions and effectively manage multiple tasks at the same time. You will have excellent planning and technical skills within an integrated security environment. You will be required to work closely with the planning team to ensure your time is managed and jobs are prioritised correctly and effectively. You will be required to carry out reports, handover certificates and checklists as appropriate.

What we look for

Regional Service Engineer experience within a background in CCTV, Access Control and Integrated Systems
Working knowledge of mainstream Access Control, CCTV systems and networking
Working knowledge of industry standards, demonstrable knowledge of IP technology and Analogue systems and have a logical approach to troubleshooting.
Ability to manage both internal & external stakeholders at all levels
Previous experience working in a customer facing environment
Full and clean driving license.
Excellency in verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
