Warehouse Supervisor (Nottingham) (m/f/d) food industry

• Lead & develop a team taking care of the warehouse operations while assisting with tasks as necessary
• Assist the warehouse manager and make sure that processes are implemented correctly
• Strategic demand planning & inventory accuracy of your warehouse
• Manage incoming shipments & communication within your team
• Ensure optimal product quality and high customer satisfaction
• Work together with our procurement department and rider managers
• Manage riders and pick & packers in your warehouse

• Have worked in a professional role in a similar environment (FMCG/Retail experience is a big plus)
• Strong operations management skills
• Have a hands-on mentality
• Familiar with the grocery retail space
• Very good communication skills and a high proficiency in both written and spoken English
