The Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a registered veterinary nurse at Amical Veterinary Centre!
Your daily duties will Include inpatient care of hospitalised and theatre cases, theatre and hospital management, pharmacy and reception duties.

Your shifts will be 40 hours over 5 days per week. You will be expected to work 1:4 weekends. No out of hours work. You may be required to carry out inpatient's night checks between 9-10pm, this would be worked out on a rota basis.

Salary for this role is up to £27,000 depending on experience.

About Us

We are a friendly, small animal practice located in the lovely market town of March, Cambridgeshire. We have good connections to the cities of Cambridge, Peterborough and London. Our surgery has all the usual toys including; digital radiography, ultrasound, all surgical instruments and a patient monitoring machine. Accommodation may be available if required, as we have the 3-bedroom flat above the practice.

About the Team and Culture

5 Veterinary Surgeons, 5 Registered Veterinary Nurses and 7 support members. When covid allows we organise activities and events during the year depending on staff interests, meals, bowling etc and of course our annual Christmas meal and disco!
