Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, you will communicate directly with customers to inform, advise, and educate them about the work we do, how it may affect them, and, if necessary, to take responsibility for their assistance.
This will involve seeing people and business owners in person, thus having a vehicle is required.
Your enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service will shine through in your approach to ensuring that projects are completed on schedule.Key Experience Required

Full and valid driving licence
Self-assured and customer focused
Committed to putting the needs of customers first and reaching high levels of customer satisfaction
Articulate and good at explaining things
Strong oral and communication skills
