Are you looking for a busy and dynamic service controller role within a huge company in their industry? Plan and coordinate the engineering team whilst also building rapport with customers. This could be the perfect role for technicians that want an office based role off the tools!

This growing, long standing company is a well known plant equipment provider and supplies to a number of huge clients all around the UK. Work with a great team of engineers and office staff in a business that will offer training and internal progression opportunities throughout your time there!

As service controller your role will include:

* Taking customer calls, booking jobs with the service engineers
* Planning and scheduling service appointments
* Office based days role in Peterborough
* Organising training for service engineers

As service controller you will need to have:

* Service / Engineering Coordinator / Technical Administrator experience or similar
* OR be engineers that want to get off the tools
* Excellent planning and organisation skills
* Experience of organising engineers
* Commutable to Peterborough
