This really is a role where no day will be the same. Our staff are fully involved in all aspects of the children & young people's lives, providing them with the support they require to fulfil their dreams and aspirations.

*What will you do as a Residential Support Worker at Parkview Care?*

· Teach independence and help with life skills

· Take children & young people to essential appointments and a range of activities (cinema, theme parks, bowling)

· Provide a high level of supervision and support in a nurturing environment

· Help children & young people overcome any difficulties they are faced with, building their confidence to make positive choices

Our well-planned rotas, which allow for flexibility and a great work/life balance, consist of days, evenings, sleep-ins and weekend shifts.
