Billing and Invoicing Assistant required for Altrincham based company.

Our client based in Altrincham are seeking an experienced Billing and Invoicing Assistant to join their team.
A permanent role they are seeking an individual who possess experience within Billings and or Account receivables.

You will join a leading successful company who due to department expansion require an additional Billings and Invoicing Assistant to join their growing team.

Your new role
This is a central role which is imperative to the business and your role within the business plays a fundamental part to the companies smooth running and success.
Working in a team, you will responsible for the timely and accurate process of billing to ensure all clients are on correct contractual rate agreements which will allow for the smooth operation of the debt management.
You will raise and dispatch invoices, liaise with internal and external parties and clients relating to invoicing\/billing enquiries with the resolution of issues to be fulfilled within set timeframes.
Reconciliation of accounts
Customer service
A demanding role where you will be tasked to work to targets and processes and would suit someone who enjoys being busy and challenged and who has a keen eye for detail.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a experience of billings and rates functions\/invoicing
Account Receivables exp
Experience within a Credit Control function (this is preferred but by no means not essential)
Excellent rapport ability
Experienced in using Excel (ideally able to use Vlook ups\/Pivot tables)
