Position: Apprenticeship Administration Manager

Salary: £27,706 to £31,820 (A33 - A38) per annum

Status: Permanent, 37 hours per week

An opportunity has arisen to join the Reaseheath College Apprenticeship Team as our Apprenticeship Administration Manager based at our campus on the outskirts of Nantwich.

Reaseheath College offers a wide range of Apprenticeship Standards to support the career aspirations of learners working in Agriculture, Bus and Coach, Butchery, Construction, Engineering, Equine, and Horticulture amongst others.

We are seeking an experienced people manager with experience of handling learner records on a learner management system. PICS experience is preferable.

You should have:

  • Substantial experience of ESFA systems funding requirements and reporting such as the Funding Information System (FIS), Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS), Data Self-Assessment (PDSATS), Funding and Monitoring Reports (FRM), Employer Data Service (EDRS) and Awarding Bodies
  • Substantial experience of creating reports, analysis and presenting data
  • Substantial demonstrable technical ability to develop systems and review processes
  • Substantial experience using MS Office Applications and in particular Excel
  • Experience of handling and interpreting financial data
  • Experience of ESFA funding audits
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills with the ability to work collaboratively to find solutions
  • A drive to maintain data integrity and accuracy
  • GCSE Maths & English Grade C/Level 4 or equivalent
  • Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience
  • L2 or L3 ICT qualification or equivalent experience
