I am currently working with leading, specialist company within the professional services industry who pride themselves on placing their people and customers at the heart of everything they do. Delivering bespoke solutions to their customers, my client provides an excellent customer experience and has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team in Chester.

Your new role
The main purpose of your role is to provide accounts support to the business. Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to managing queries via email and over the phone, bank reconciliations for both clients and the office, credit control and reconciling statements. You will also be expected to process invoices and accurately process income daily as well as being responsible for processing a high volume of sales and purchase invoices.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of accounts is essential for this position. You will create a positive working environment, have excellent communication skills and be competent using Microsoft Office Packages. To reflect the values of this company you will be able to work well within a team and strive for excellence in all areas of your work. Attention to detail and accuracy is key to being successful in this role.
