*Our Pay rates vary in each package but range from: £10.08 - £13.45 per hour* (inclusive of holiday pay, Enhanced rates for Bank Holidays)

We build tailored person-centred Care Packages to enable our service users to lead a better quality of life. We would like to hear from experienced support workers and care assistants who are **committed, reliable and have a keen interest in Complex and Clinical Care.*

*What is the role?*

We are currently recruiting for experienced Care Assistant/Support Workers to join our team and provide support throughout the day and night to our Clients with Complex Care needs in their home environments.

The work requires a dedicated, flexible, consistent and reliable support worker who will get to know the service user and anticipate their needs.

Full UK Driving Licence is essential

Full clinical updates will be provided, and competencies could include:

- Ventilation & oxygen

- PEG

- Tracheostomy

- Spinal

- Dysphagia

- Colostomy

- Cough assist

- Epilepsy & rescue meds

- Spinal & bowel management

6 months minimum recent experience

* Monday to Friday

* Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:
* Chester, Cheshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:
* recent care: 1 year (preferred)
