Your new role:

Reporting into the Team Leader, the main purpose of your role is to provide support to the organisation's various finance functions. Your key responsibilities will include supporting the operation of the accounting and credit control systems, banking reconciliations, daily banking and accounts maintenance. You will also be directly dealing with clients, accounts authorisation, account system postings and execution of telegraphic transfers.

What you'll need to succeed:

You will have experience working within a legal environment or law firm in a similar role and be competent in using Microsoft applications and the ability to work well independently with excellent written and verbal communications skills. Great attention to detail is key for this role alongside a flexible approach to work, experience working towards deadlines and a familiarity with office accounts and procedures would be desirable.
