We have an AMAZING opportunity for healthcare assistants to join our friendly team, supporting our busy clients in Congleton and surrounding areas - no two days are ever the same! Your new role as a healthcare assistant will be to support residents in local care homes, who are elderly, may have dementia, learning difficulties with challenging behaviours, mental health difficulties or physical disabilities. As a care assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the residents with personal care, mealtimes, activities and hobbies, and general day to day living tasks. You will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team of specialists to ensure residents are supported to achieve their personal goals.
