Job description

Our luxury Automotive OEM is seeking a Change Manager to work on an interim contract basis until February 2022.

The Change Manager will have excellent project management skills. Reporting to the Head of Customer Centricity, the Change Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise adoption and usage of our key systems to a global user base.

The Digitalisation team are responsible for the digital evolution of our business, including new technologies and skillsets to transform the company internally and externally.

Their portfolio includes the creation of new digital services and business models, digital transformation and enabling systems, and innovation.

Manage and implement business change activities within the Customer Centricity Programme to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
Conduct change analysis and change impact assessments using industry standard methodologies to support change management activities.
Develop and deliver effective change plans and change reporting in conjunction with the Head of Customer Centricity to document and communicate change activities.
Undertake current and future state gap analysis and assess changes and impacts to ensure that transformation strategy and transition planning meet program objectives
Manage stakeholders, identify and manage issues and risks relating to stakeholders and report to the Head of Customer Centricity on the performance of stakeholder management against agreed plans to ensure effective stakeholder engagement and proactive issue resolution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance business relationships and project delivery and to understand and manage the impacts of the change and project implementation plan.
The contractor will be a Change Manager or Continuous Improvement Manager supporting senior leaders and project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans who can demonstrate

A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
Excellent active listening skills and the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders at varying levels
Complex problem analysis, problem solving and decision making skills and root cause identification skills
A high level of business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver consultations and presentations to engage, inform and invigorate stakeholders
