You'll enjoy continuous training, great benefits as well as opportunities to progress.What this role is aboutMotivating a team of Customer Service AssistantsCoaching your team and developing their potentialMaking sure the shop always looks the part (e.g. visual displays)Getting to know your customers to champion safer gambling at all timesTaking care of opening and closing in our shopsMaking sure your shop hits its targetsThis isn't a hide-behind-your-desk type of role. You'll be out there on the shop floor, engaging with our customers to ensure we're delivering the best experience.What we're looking forSupervisory experienceGreat people skillsPositive, can-do attitudeProfessional and dynamic approach to workAge 18+ (it's a legal requirement)If you have a passion for racing and sport, that would obviously help.
