We are recruiting across ELLESMERE PORT, WIRRAL & KNOWSLEY.

Responsibilities:
* Our services include CQC registered home care, local heritage projects, suicide prevention programmes and veterans support schemes to individuals in their homes
* Follow care plans to support individuals to improve their physical and emotional wellbeing with the aim of reducing social isolation
* Deliver personal care (when appropriate) to individuals promoting dignity and respect throughout
* Travel across a set area to work with a number of service users per day
* Work in alignment with a support team to provide the highest quality of care experience

Requirements:
* No experience required. If you are a caring person who is looking to make a difference please apply
* You must have a valid UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicles
* Applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK

Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

Salary: £18,720.00-£22,425.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff are reuqired to wear full PPE when delivering care services. Full training is providded on infection control measures.
