About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an Aerosols Process Operator to join one of the world's five largest pharmaceutical contract development and manufacturing organisations. My Client has production facilities in Sweden, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, India and the UK and development sites in Sweden, Israel and the United States. My Client is a world-leading CDMO supporting customers bringing innovations to market, from early-stage development to commercial manufacturing.

My Client's site in Holmes Chapel is one of their inhalation manufacturing facilities.

Using your experience as an Aerosols Process Operator, you will:

Manufacture, fill aerosol products to cgmp and hse standards.
Ensure you achieve 100% customer service within the remit of the job.
Perform manufacture of bulk suspension, using pr-dispensed raw material, recording process on brs.
Perform cip of manufacturing vessels, using a manual process
Fill bulk suspension on the automatic filling machine, ensuring you meet critical process parameters.
Operate the automatic filling machine in a controlled environment
Perform essential process testing, and assess data to maintain/ or improve the filling operation and the volume output.
Perform critical ancillary functions to maintain a compliant controlled environment.
Complete batch documentation complying with cGMP.
Operate end of the line can collator machine
Take samples and complete batch documentation
Perform ancillary activities associated with the aerosols process.
Manually clean and dry equipment to validated standards.
Move stock from the warehouse
Maintain knowledge of water plant operation.
Participate in continuous improvement activities
Ensure all activities associated with the production plan are executed on time and in a compliant way
Manufacture bulk suspension following standard operating procedures
Tray off filled cans and take all relevant samples
During manufacture, if any compliance and out of specification issues arise, raises with the line leader.

What experience do I need?

You will have a minimum of 2 GCSE's in English and maths and meet the required standard in the company selected aptitude tests.

We would also require experience of the following:

Minimum of 2 years pharmaceutical experience
