Immediate Start on a 1.5 month temporary role

Our client is a well established, non profit organisation, looking for an individual to be part of a dynamic and friendly team in an excellent work enviorment.

Job Description

The key responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to;

Calculating and processing all data for monthly payroll
Ensure all payroll process, including new starters, leavers and salary amendments are accurately updated on the database
Process payroll and pensions
Collation of all required information for HMRC
Prepare of quarterly VAT return
Ensure documents for financial processes and workloads are accurate
Review of VAT transactions to ensure correct quarterly return
Calculations of VAT adjustments and maintenance records are detailed
The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate must possess the following skill set and experience;

Experience working in payroll
Knowledge of calculations of statuary payments
Strong numeracy skills
Experience in bookkeeping or accounting
Experience gathering data for payroll for over 700+ employees
Ability to influence end to end processing
Ability to build networks and communicate effectively with internal and external contacts ad organisations
Strong use of working on accounting systems and advanced Excel skills
Able to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment, ensuring all data is accurate and records are up to date
