*Business Administrator, Middlewich, Till March 2022, Imm Start, £10ph*

We have a great opportunity for someone to join an established local business on a temporary contraction within the Operations or Contracts team until March 2022! With two positions available within friendly and welcoming teams, free onsite parking and the option to have between Christmas and New Year off work - this isn't an opportunity to be missed!

With full training your key duties will include:
* Managing incoming calls and emails from the general public making enquiries on services the business offers
* Dealing with all customer enquires and quoting customers for various services
* Processing invoice payments on the inhouse system
* Maintaining extensive databases and spreadsheets
* Resolving any customer issues or complaints
* Creating paperwork, preparing documentation, filing and archiving

This role would suit someone who is confident on computers and MS Office, who has some form of office experience, is keen to learn and thrives in a busy workplace! You don't need to have done a similar role previously, just been keen to learn, good on MS Office and able to get to Middlewich!
