*What is the role?*

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Complex Care Assistant/Support Worker to join our team and provide support throughout the day to our client at their family home in Middlewich

Our client is a lady in her late 50s, she lives at home with her family. Following an RTA she now requires assistance with all personal care due to her Acquired brain injury, she is currently nil by mouth so will require assistance with fluid, nutrition and medication via PEG feeding, there is regular seizure activity which is treated with Buccal Midazolam.

The package requires a dedicated, flexible, consistent, and reliable support worker who will get to know the service user and anticipate their needs.

Full UK Driving Licence preferred
