Expeditor, Runcorn, salary dependent on experience Our client is looking to add to their team with an expeditor at their facility in Runcorn Focusing on the expediting of purchase orders ensuring materials from the supply chain are delivered on time to support engineering / manufacturing operations. Previous Expediting experience is essential and candidates should preferably have relevant experience of working in a manufacturing / engineering environment Role & Responsibilities Assist and support the Supply Chain team Chasing orders with suppliers by phone and email Communicating internally regarding status of orders Entering data into ERP System To liaise with team leaders To document and record the status of all production To monitor and report plan adherence per production plan To work as part of a team to highlight and escalate issues Desirable Requirements Strong MS Office / Excel User Understanding of Purchasing processes and procedures Experience within a Manufacturing / Engineering Environment Excellent organizational and time management skills Analytical thinking with problem solving aptitude Outstanding communication and teamworking skills Kinetic treat all applications with a high degree of care, we review all submissions and will attempt to contact applicants who match the job profile.
