Are you a great communicator who takes pride in your organisational skills and enjoys working as part of a team? We have an exciting opportunity to join our established team as a Business Support Officer.

What you will be doing in this role
You'll be the initial point of contact and liaise with operational crews, service users and customers.
You'll produce and maintain operational work schedules and information, ensuring they are allocated to the appropriate crews as required.
You'll input data in to SAP B1 system, distribute and record Cat 1 jobs.
You'll accurately record and report on data such as payroll, training, sickness and holiday records.
You'll process purchase orders and receipt of goods and update orders on TLC's financial system.
You'll register, adjust and close permits.
What we are looking for
You'll have experience of general administrative work, inputting data into software system and using Microsoft Office.
You'll be able to demonstrate your excellent communication skills and be confident in dealing with customer enquiries.
You'll understand the need to meet agreed deadlines so you will use your own initiative to balance and manage workloads.
You'll have a 'can do, will do' attitude and a willingness to be flexible in a changing environment.
