A market leader based in Stockport are seeking highly tenacious Credit Controllers x4 to join their team. (OFFICE BASED)

Your new role

As the Collections Advisor you will be a fundamental member part of a team who pride themselves in promoting the best service to their clients and customers.
A tenacious can do attitude, you will enjoy the day to day challenges and posses self motivation to gain results.

With a B2B broad client base, you will join a well established team where you will work as part of a full unit. A varied role, you will will hold a number of task related responsibilities daily in order to reduce debt. You will handle both new and aged debt and liaise and resolve billing enquiries.

A helpful and professional polite approach, you will be tasked to reduce the aged debt and ledger balance to ensure the success and continual growth of the business.

Query resolution relating to billing and relationship building is a large part of this role and you will therefore have the ability to both chase outstanding monies coupled with investigatory skills to resolve issues.
With your own portfolio of ledger you will actively work to reduce as per set performance targets and exceed.

What you'll need to succeed

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN THE OFFICE EVERY DAY - OFFICES BASED IN STOCKPORT

Tenacity is key in this role - do you enjoy seeing a task through to completion?

You will have a credit control background able to both chase and resolve billing issues.
Friendly and professional customer service skills
Query resolution experience
Able to work on numerous in-house systems with training
