The business has an impressive customer base including blue chip and smaller organisations. With an excellent culture, driven from their family ran office in South Manchester, this is a great opportunity to join the business at an exciting time as Finance Manager.

Your new role
As Finance Manager, your job will involve managing a team of both finance and non-finance staff. A key part of this role initially will be the implementation, improvement, and (where possible) automation of processes and procedures. Alongside this, you will be responsible for management accounts, cashflow forecasting, budgeting, as well as a great deal of commercial involvement with the MD. Working closely with the company's senior stake holders, you will help to drive the business forward, with the aim of further increasing revenue and profit.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or QBE) with previous experience within a hands on, fast paced environment. You will be a driven, ambitious, energetic individual, looking to really add value to a business whilst, both professionally and personally.

What you'll get in return
You'll receive a salary of between \u00A345,000 and \u00A350,000 (dependent on experience) alongside benefits. You will be joining this well-established and growing business in South Manchester, with an excellent and friendly Senior Management team and a true opportunity to get involved in the business commercially.
