Accountancy Practice - Central Stockport - Payroll Professional - Part Time Considered.

Your new firm
You will be working with a well established and highly regarded firm of accountants based in the heart of Stockport. This general practice offer a range of services to their client base inclusive of payroll, accounts preparation and tax to name a selection. They have a varied portfolio of clients that has continued to expand over recent years and so they are now looking to add an additional Payroll Professional to the team to help manage the increasing demand for the service.

Your new role
As a Payroll Professional within this firm you will be required to work with a range of clients from limited companies to sole traders and partnerships, encompassing both PAYE and CIS payrolls. You will undertake the end to end process, from uploading new clients through to processing P45s and P60s. This role will see you run payrolls from director only through to those with upwards of 50 staff on a variety of timescales using Sage Payroll.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to undertake this role you must have worked within an accountancy practice previously for a number of years and be able to run multiple payrolls at once. You should have a high attention to detail and be able to work to deadline efficiently. Good communication skills are essential for this role as you will be liaising with clients on a daily basis. Previous experience of working with Sage Payroll will be looked upon favourably.
