The Scientist III will perform non-conforming product and complaint investigations, run real-time product and component stability programs against product specifications and manage PPI projects to improve quality and productivity.What will you do?Independently manage multiple escalations through to resolutions including non-conforming product and complaint investigations, using analytical thinking, technical tools and PPI.Apply business principles to understand impact of post-market support activities.Act decisively in the face of uncertainty and risk, aligning actions to ensure a positive stakeholder experience.Leverage functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishmentUse 'Agile Scrum' to plan and prioritise workload.Coach and train team members on technical operations process'.Meet and improve key performance indicatorsHow will you get here?Bachelor of Science (BSc) and 3+ years of laboratory experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, research, or academic environment.Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and/or GMP environments.Experience in Technical Operations, Manufacturing or Quality Control functions.Hands on experience in genetic analysis tools, workflows, and chemistry in at least one of these areas: qPCR, assay formulation, oligos, LCMS, purification, sample prep.Proficiency in MS OfficeStrong knowledge and understanding of basic laboratory instrument.Good understanding of data quality concepts and processesHighly organised, strong attention to detail, and high regards for qualitySkilled at prioritisation and multi-tasking in a go-getting, performance/results oriented, fast paced matrixed environmentMust be highly collaborative: enjoys working in a diverse team and contributes to a positive work environment.Be able to adapt to organisational change.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAt Thermo Fisher Scientific, each one of our 90,000 extraordinary minds has a unique story to tell.
