Cheshire Springs will be a specialist nursing care home in Ellesmere Port for adults living with a range of complex care needs.

The home will specialise in supporting people living with complex mental health needs and neuro-disabilities.

Our person-centred care focuses on maximising independence, building everyday living skills and empowering people to live as fulfilled lives as possible.

We support people on their rehabilitation journey from hospital or living in a secure setting, as well as caring for those with long term or degenerative illnesses.

We provide excellent career development and the unique opportunity to be part of a team where you can make the difference and every day better.

We operate an in-house, multi-disciplinary model of care, which includes Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, and access to a full behavioural support team. We provide active rehabilitation, community integration, and a high quality of supported living for those who reside with us. Our approach to nursing focuses on maximising independence, building everyday living skills and empowering people to live as fulfilled lives as possible, which means that you'll be delivering truly person-centred and holistic care in a community-based home. Our Nursing/Healthcare Assistant ratio is amongst some of the best in the UK, with this home's average ratio being 5 Healthcare Assistants to each Nurse.

We are seeking Registered Nurses to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for registered nurses who wish to develop their career, learn new skills and be part of a brand new, high aspiring, multi-disciplinary team.
