Job Description

This Resolutions Advisor will primarily take responsibility for the following;

*Customer satisfaction reviews

*2nd line queries

*Management of complaints escalations

*Internal coordination to ensure customer issues are resolved in the quickest possible timeframe

*Regular contact with customers, relationship building and taking feedback

*Attending meetings with management, and internal colleagues on status updates for live resolutions in progress

*Responding to complex queries by phone / email and social media

*Supporting the customer service function

*Management of trackers on internal platforms and excel spreadsheets

*On occasion you will attend resolution meetings with external customers via video and face to face

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for this MUST match the below criteria, candidates without a solid background in complaints by telephone and email will not be considered.

*Professional / Work based training on complaint management

*Strong background in customer satisfaction

*Excellent team player

*Excellent written communication, spelling and grammar

*Able to work closely with internal colleagues to ensure smooth processes

*Innovative - able to suggest areas of improvement

*A solid work background in telephone Customer Services

*£24,000 - £25,000 annual salary

*37.5 hour working week - flexible working is offered from day 1

*Monday - Friday working pattern
