We are looking for a multifaceted, organised, self-starter to join our Human Resources team as a Human Resources Generalist. This is an exciting opportunity to support our growing manufacturing facility based in Rhyl, North Wales.How You'll Help Us Connect the World.It's not very often you get a chance to connect with something extraordinary. Here, you will deliver full-cycle, elite HR services to one of CommScope's established and succesful manufacturing facilities.Operating as part of a EMEA HR team and reporting to a UK based HR Manager, you will be an effective HR Generalist capable of operating autonomously and as first point of contact for the site. You will take accountability of the full employee life-cycle activities in conjunction with high levels of recruitment. It crucial to utilise the ability to drive and deliver HR initiatives in line with the strategic objectives, by using effective influencing skills through conversations/actions. Time management and prioritisation is key in the role, as well as clear and concise communication.In addition to helping complete the day-to-day, you will work with teams to implement all-important initiatives that drive and maintain an overall culture of excellent employee relations and healthy communications.You Will Excite Us If You Have:Proven experience is required in an HR capacity across Manufacturing/Distribution functions (c. 150+ employees)Experience with HR systems such as Employee Central and Talent ConnectionsMust have experience of advising all levels of management on HR Policies and Procedures and Employee Relations, including but not limited to: Performance Management, Capability/Conduct/Gross Misconduct issues and Absence ManagementMust have experience in Recruitment within a HR team, including but not limited to: Effective external stakeholder management, onboarding administration and HR system maintenanceAbility to understand the business needs and advise accordingly, within the correct parameters and local legalisationExcellent communication, collaboration and influencing skillsStrong focus on results and attention to detailPro-active demeanour and key problem solverExcellent knowledge of MS Office suiteWhat happens after you apply?Learn how to prepare yourself for the next steps in our hiring process by visiting CommScope?It's not very often you get a chance to connect with something extraordinary.In this "always-on" world, we believe it's essential to have a genuine connection with the work you do.
