Your new role
As an Accounts Administrator your main responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the purchase ledger through invoice entry, reconciliations and processing of payment runs
- Involvement in sales ledger with raising invoices and ensuring information is entered accurately on to the system
- Building and maintaining relationships internally and externally to assure invoice queries are resolved quickly and effectively
- Responsible for purchasing foreign current and process multi-currency supplier payments
- Preparation and processing of journal entries for a multitude of monthly prepayments

What you'll need to succeed
- A strong accounts background with ideally AAT Lvl2 qualification, but not essential
- Good level of skill within Microsoft applications, especially Excel
- Proven track record in high volume data entry
- Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain internal and external relationships
- Strong attention to detail and confidence to raise any issues or queries
- Ability to work well within a team and prioritising the work load in order to meet deadlines
- Systems savvy with the ability to adapt easily to in-house packages
