An exciting 10-month interim opportunity for a Payroll Advisor in Blandford

Your new company
Your new company is a vibrant and growing organisation based in Blandford. You will be working within a small HR team but with a close tie to the Finance team. This role is currently working from home although initially you will be required to attend the office for training. In the longer term this role is likely to be a mixture of home and office working. This is a 10-month contract and is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join this fantastic business.

Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for processing a large weekly (circa 1200 employees) and monthly (circa 300 employees) payroll. These will be a mixture of salaried and hourly paid workers. You will ensure all hours are collated and logged accurately and if they aren't will need to query and resolve these. You will be liaising with individuals across the business and an external provider to guarantee the timely payment of staff. You will also help support upcoming payroll projects.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have extensive experience in a similar role where you were involved in the end-to-end payroll process. You will have excellent IT skills and be an effective communicator able to be proactive to resolve and answer any queries. You will be accurate, focussed and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
