Customer satisfaction and commitment to optimal service are our top business priorities, along with investing in and supporting our partners and employees.We are a true International IT provider and are proud to deliver our services through global simplicity with trusted transparency.THE POSITION:As an Sales Coordinator, you will be required to work closely with other specialist project teams delivering service to a customer base that includes leading global organizations.WHAT YOU WILL DO:Accurately preparing quotations for customers based on the specification, cost and currencyEstablishing project timeframes and milestones, working closely with project management teamsAttend internal and supply chain meetings, as requiredWorking with key internal stakeholdersWork closely with suppliers to ensure the company obtains the best possible prices, quality of material, delivery times and payment terms for all purchases.Assist in establishing new supply chainsUndertake training as required or as identified by management for the proper execution or development within your role/company.Any other ad hoc duties as reasonably required by the company and within the competency of the post-holderEssential Criteria1+ years in a Sales Order, Procurement or similar roleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office software programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)Strong numeracy skills and analytical abilityEfficient time management skills, with ability to manage workload and prioritize tasksWillingness to work as part of a team in a fast moving, growing global companyEvidence of excellent organisational and proactive problem solver, who can think on their feetExcellent attention to detailProactively plan, organize and overcome any issues with supplyCan maintain a high standard of work, even when working under pressure and handling multiple issuesBe flexible and adaptable to change to meet the needs of the customer working across different time zones.Fully COVID-19 VaccinatedDESIRABLE CRITERIA:Experience of Audio Visual / Video Conferencing and Networking environmentsExperience using ERP systems e.g. Sage X3, QuickBooksA firm knowledge of the supply chain processClear understanding of the commercials involved in buying/selling hardware EOS is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
