Initial 6 month Accounts Assistant Opportunity Based on the outskirts of Hartlepool

Your new company
An exciting opportunity for a company that has gone through significant changes recently. The role will be an initial 6 months with an opportunity to be extended in the future.

Your new role
The role will be reporting into the finance manager on a daily basis.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

* Matching, batching and processing of high volume purchase ledger invoices.
* Bank Reconciliations
* Statement Reconciliations
* Processing copy invoices and managing customer queries

The role will be working within a finance team and utilising the company systems in order to ensure an efficient process is adopted within the accounts payable section.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience of working within purchase ledger, a strong working knowledge of Excel and bespoke computer system, Attention to detail and good communication skills and the ability to start at very short notice.
