We are looking for brilliant people to run our birthday parties for us!

Your mission: To set up and run incredible birthday parties for kids across Scotland. To lead kids in amazing activities and ensure that every child leaves having had a party that will be the 'Talk of the Class'. Be part of a team that wants to make a difference in the lives of young people in Scotland.

What your job will entail:

Running active events:

Be the life of the party that every attendee looks to during the event.

Create a party atmosphere while ensuring professionalism and safety.

Set up and take down rental events:

Drive across the Central Belt of Scotland setting up our rental events in homes and gardens.

Ensuring every rental event meets our client's expectations.

Ensure a high standard of equipment is maintained:

Ensuring you have packed all the correct equipment. Responsible for ensuring all your equipment returns having been checked.

Following all storage systems.

Interact professionally with clients:

Making sure that our parties are crazy fun, but professional.

Ensuring that our clients feel loved and special.

Be part of a growing business:

Be willing to problem solve on your feet.

The important bits…

This is a 0-hour contract with shifts set 1 to 2 months in advance, with the ability to swap with other team members. Shifts will be mainly at weekends and Mondays and Wednesdays however during our busy seasons this can increase.

All travel costs covered.

Must have a current driver's license.
