Your new role -
We are currently hiring Customer Care Agents to join our clients Customer Service team in Dunfermline, being responsible for working in the complaints department handling inbound and outbound calls.

As a Customer Service Agent you will be the first point of contact when it comes to complaints and it will be your responsibility to ensure any enquiries or complaints are being dealt with and ensuring customers get the assistant they need either by phone or email..

What you'll need to succeed
The is a fast paced role so you will need to ensure you are able to work confidently in a face paced environment. Its crucial that you've had experience within a customer service environment, even better if you have a understanding of letter writing skills however this is desirable.
