This is your opportunity to join Babcock responsible for developing a detailed Level 4/5 schedule to operational level aligned to the Level 3 schedule.

Who we are looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Project Planner who will provide a positive contribution to the delivery of T31 Planning Process, ensuring the building of strong working relationships and adopting a pro-active approach.

What will you be doing?
As a Project Planner you will play a key role in identifying material requirements, allocation of budgets, documents required and detailed scheduling of tasks to support Delivery Managers (e.g. Engineering/Operations)

Your duties will include:
• Creating and maintaining the Bill of Material to the Level 4/5 schedule within the relevant toolset and budget
• Supporting the 6 week planning process ensuring viability of the Level 4/5 schedule in line with the Level 3 schedule dates/budgets and 12 week look-ahead aspiration
• Supplying delivery forecasts of activities whilst assessing and reporting on late deliverables against schedules
• Monitoring and controlling of all work in progress using standard reports and KPI's
• Provision of documentation required to carry out the Level 4/5 schedule (eg drawings/procedures/forms)
• Timely planning of Emergent/Additional work, so that the work can be progressed in accordance with Project schedules

The experience you'll bring
• You must hold or have the ability to obtain SC security clearance
• Must have a background in Planning
• Must have good IT systems experience (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite) and ERP systems such as IFS.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
