Head Chef - Cotswolds

Up To £45,000 per annum + bonus and great benefits

Across the Cotswold Inns & Hotels estate we need an experienced Head Chef who can be available across the region to support the current teams until a permanent opportunity becomes available.

The hotels are all top quality, part of the long-established Cotswold Inns & Hotels group, now part of the Fuller's family.

The sites are a busy, fast paced environment which in addition to the Bar they will have a restaurant (all 1 to 2 Rosette awarded) and also cater for weddings, private events and conferences.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients and be capable and confident within any section of the kitchen.

*What we're looking for: *
* An enthusiastic, dynamic and qualified Head Chef who is ready for a new challenge or an up and coming, experienced Sous Chef ready to take the helm
* Someone with a background of dealing with high volume and preparing fresh ingredients
* Proven track record of running a professional kitchen
* Good communication skills
* A team player who will be expected to build, motivate and develop your brigade to get the best results from them at all times
* Rosette experience

*About You: *
* Experienced and confident in structuring the kitchen to deliver our wide-ranging food offer from early in the morning until late at night.
* Passionate about what you put on the plate
* Willing to contribute in developing our offer to ensure customers return on a regular basis
* Team player who is willing to support and develop your Brigade
* Wants to be part of a progressive and forward-thinking business

*Some or all of the following skills would be advantageous: *
* Menu development and costing experience
* Proven track record of managing budgeted GPs
* Staff training
* The ability to maintain 5-star food hygiene standards
* Experience of serving in a multi food environment
