During an exciting period of growth for the University and College, we are seeking to recruit several new admissions officers to join our dedicated team and play a key role in the recruitment and selection of our students.
As the ideal candidate, you'll be a strong communicator, with excellent customer service skills and a track record in administration.

About the Role
As an Admissions Officer you will have the exciting opportunity to support applicants as they take their first steps towards their dream career, guiding them through the enquiry and application process, including:
- Providing advice on prospective courses, entry criteria and other related matters
- Processing applications for College and University courses, including arranging interviews and issuing offers
- Matching examination results against offers and confirming places
- Creating and maintaining applicant records
- Assisting with the coordination of Open Days and applicant events
About You
We're looking for someone eager to be part of a dynamic team working in a varied role that encompasses the whole range of courses that Hartpury offers, from A Levels and Diplomas to undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD programmes. You will:
- be committed to providing a high level of customer service throughout the applicant journey
- have an eye for detail to ensure that we are collecting and maintaining accurate data
- have experience of working in an administrative function
- be IT proficient with experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
