Job description


Looking to recruit a 1st Line Support Engineer to join a successful company based in London. This role offers career progression with the opportunity to work in a fun yet challenging office environment.

Day to Day duties will typically involve - providing IT support over the telephone, email, and face to face. Ideally someone who is wanting to kick start their career in the Tech market or for someone wanting to move into a 2nd Line Support role; as plenty of training opportunities will be available.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day 1st Line support to all staff
  • Installation of hardware and software
  • Handling New equipment and software
  • Performing diagnostic tests on PC's and Laptops ensuring they are running correctly.
  • Contribute to policies, processes, procedures and training

Essential Skills
  • Very experienced with Windows 10 OS
  • Good Communication and people skills
  • Ability to learn new applications and technologies

Desirable Skills
  • Familiarity with Spiceworks Ticketing System (Not Essential)
