Job description

My Client are an IT Consultancy based in Woodford Green Essex and they are looking for a 2 nd/3 rd Line IT Support Engineer that is customer focused and a natural problem solver.

Your role will be to provide day to day support and assist in the delivery of projects.

Professional/Technical Skills Needed:

  • Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and own issues
  • Desktop ticket management
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft operating systems - W10 upwards
  • Active Directory - user mailbox creation and administration
  • Desk moves and hardware fixes.
  • Office 365 systems.
  • Software updates and upgrades
  • Backup management, including data restoration
  • Creation and management of user accounts
  • Keeping desktops & Servers up-to-date with current service packs & patches
  • Excellent communication skills written & verbal
  • Working on customer sites as well as to attend our data centres as and when required.
