360 Recruitment Consultant - Core Banking

Permanent - Competitive Salary - Central London/remote

Your new role

You will be working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant on a hot desk covering both contract and permanent roles within the Core Banking sector. The desk was first established over 16 years ago and currently brings us over £350,000 in revenue per year. On a day to day basis, you will be expected to establish new relationships with relevant clients via business development, whilst ensuring you are delivering excellent results to our already established relationships. Although we have a pool of experienced candidates within the sector, you will be expected to create new relationships with the best people in the market via cold calling and asking for referrals. Your main objective is to become the go-to recruiter for Core Banking whilst growing the sector even further for our business.

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for an enthusiastic, determined and driven individual who has excellent customer service skills, is resilient and pays a high level of attention to detail. We are looking for someone with experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant within the Core Banking sector who has worked with clients that use Avaloq, T24/Temenos, TCIB, Transact or Triple A. Ideally, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 6 months experience in a relevant 360 position, however, as we are in the process of growing our business, we actively encourage both junior and senior level candidates to apply.
