Mid sized, independent creative agency, known for their bold and disruptive work are looking for a world-class social Account Director to take on the role of leading growing a portfolio of brands for two famous drinks companies....

You will have a reputation for brilliant client and account management, able to lead proactively, giving the client a sense of confidence that the agency is taking their social marketing to the next level. You will be strategically sound, and have the presence of mind to critically analyse creative strategies and consult clients or agency teams on strategic approaches.
You'll be reliable, energised and ambitious. We're looking for a go-getter who is hungry to produce great work and is un-phased by the road to get there.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful delivery of projects and cross-agency briefs (reporting into a Business Director), taking ultimate responsibility for the successful and timely delivery of work. You will be able to confidently direct planners, creatives, producers and junior members of the team simultaneously.
- Develop and hold relationships with mid to senior level clients and cross-agency teams, offering nothing less than brilliant client servicing skills that foster a consultative, trusting, personal relationship. We expect our Account Director's to take all necessary measures to gain a full understanding of the client's business, their issues, opportunities, objectives and make them their own.
- Manage junior members of the team, and act as a coach to help develop their skills and ultimately inspire them
- Confident in developing well-structured presentations, presenting work to clients, interpreting / interrogating feedback.
- Ideally, experience managing large, complex community management programmes with a high number of social accounts and monthly inbound messages
Reporting & Social Listening
- Experience setting up and conducting social listening reporting via social listening tools (eg Netbase, Sysomos, Brandwatch). We're looking for someone who is comfortable leading the social listening function for our brands, both for campaign reporting, issue monitoring and content planning
- Ability to implement and deliver effective measurement frameworks for social campaigns. You should be confident on the different measurements available for social and be comfortable consulting with clients on this.
- Experience using social media management platforms (i.e. Sprinklr / Sprout Social) for community management
