We require an individual looking to join a growing company, who takes pride in their work and is dedicated to seeking out business opportunities in our growing sectors.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate defined market sales effort in conjunction with the Account Executive Manager (AEM), Regional Sales Manager (RSM), Field Sales Representative (FSR) and National Sales Director UK & Ireland (NSD)Work with Account Executive Managers and National Sales Director to determine own sales quotas.Be constantly looking for additional sales opportunities.Develop knowledge in all aspects of the sales position, including CRM software, product knowledge, negotiation skills, competitive knowledge, and territory strategising.Plan and be responsible for subscription renewal strategy along with Regional Sales Manager and Field Sales RepresentativeBook Regional Sales Manager appointments as required.Produce ongoing customer / prospect sales opportunity reports for constant evaluation.Continually monitor live account and trial usage.Follow up and close prospects.Essential requirements:Fluent in either Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish, both written and spokenExcellent communication skillsIdeally degree educatedAble to learn complex suite of products in a short period of timeIdeally at least 1 year's previous experience in a client sales/account management environmentDemonstrate employment stability with a minimum of 1 year plus with the same company or a progressive career path in sales.ExperienceClient sales/account management experience would be idealProven ability to be proactive and reactive to sales opportunitiesExcellent at building and maintaining customer relationshipsExcellent telephone mannerStrong customer service focusExcellent communication skills both verbally and writtenSkills & behavioural qualities:ArticulateResourcefulProfessionalDemonstrates Business acumenDemonstrates Influencing skillsStrong work ethic with a desire to achieve and maintain high standardsWorks well under pressure and to deadlinesEnjoys taking on different tasks/projects occasionallyWill adhere to company rules and directions wellAble to work in a team environment but does not require a lot of stimulation from othersAble to grasp in-house systems quicklyAbility to multi task and resolve problemsWe are an equal opportunity employer and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.
