Job description

Prospectus is pleased to be working with The Society of Occupational Medicine (SOM) to recruit their new Administrator.

SOM is the UK organisation for all healthcare professionals working in or with an interest in occupational health. Their priorities are the protection of the health of people in the workplace, the prevention of occupational injuries and disease and other related environmental issues.

As the Administrator, you will ensure the smooth running of SOM's administration function, at its office looking over Regents Park in central London, and support the wider team with membership CRM administration, events, and communications. You will offer support to some aspects of the finance function, including weekly invoicing and data entry of purchase ledger invoices.

The successful candidate will be friendly and approachable and will have demonstrated office-based administration experience. Strong IT skills and the ability to cultivate relationships will be important. Attention to detail is paramount as is being highly organised, resourceful along with a strong understanding of being proactively helpful.
