Assistant Project Lead
Location: London
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum, DOE
Contract Type: Permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week, flexible working

The role

This role is based in our London Office with hybrid working arrangements considered.
Reporting to a Senior Project Lead within the Strategy and Performance department, this post will contribute to our work in delivering strategic and group-wide projects.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Excellent organisational and time management skills, and attention to detail.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to have impact, engage and influence a variety of audiences, including senior leaders.
The ability to manage competing priorities and help deliver projects to challenging timescales.
The ability to understand, analyse and interpret a range of information sources to arrive at well-evidenced conclusions.
Educated to degree level (or equivalent).
Knowledge of schools and experience of working with teachers and education leaders is desirable but not essential.
A Project Management qualification (e.g., Prince2), knowledge or practical experience of working with project management techniques is desirable but not essential.
