The Company: Our client helps 250+ companies such as KPMG and Goldman Sachs, to attract and assist the next generations employment opportunities, giving access to an exclusive and diverse pool of candidates.The Role: An exciting opportunity for an experienced Content Marketer to join a growing B2B Marketing team, where you'll play a pivotal role in working with the B2B Marketing Manager and wider marketing team to develop and deliver the communications strategy.B2B Content and Communication Executive will report directly to the head of B2B and sits in a B2B Marketing, team of 4.The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years' B2B content marketing & creation experience.Responsibilities:Utilise a multi-channel, strategic approach - understanding where audience are and how best to engage them across the marketing mixLead on email communications, tone of voice and consistency of messaging across all of B2B channelsEnsure all content produced is on-brand, with quality and consistent tone of voice, and optimised for search and user experienceProject manage communications output to help deliver against lead generation goals, including supporting our PPC/paid-social campaignsIdentify industry gaps to create fresh and engaging content, including articles, videos and whitepapersDevelopment of a communications strategy for charity partners, advisors and wider stakeholdersUse data and market analysis to develop content themes/topics and execute a plan to create new, relevant assetsCreate product asset packs for sales teams across all productsWriting of tenders and formal proposals for business in partnership with the B2B Marketing Manager and commercial teamWhat you MUST bring:2-3 years' experience in content marketing, creation and executionProven editorial skills with an outstanding command of the English languageSkilled at both short-form and long-form content - you'll be great at writing a LinkedIn ads and writing research papersProven track record of lead generationGreat attention to detail, an eye for creativity and the skill to jump between projects quickly and efficientlyAbility to articulate the 'why' behind decisions and direction - Knowing what you are trying to achieve in copyGrowth mindset - always thinking how company can be betterSome understanding of website CMS and marketing automation tools - you will be using Drupal and PardotBenefits:The opportunity to join a high-growth and rapidly scaling business (recently secured £3.5 million in funding).A flat & transparent structure with a values-driven & collaborative culture.Unlimited holiday & flexible/remote working.Open plan Liverpool Street office, with snacks, beer tap & team drinks on Fridays.Share options after 1 years' service.Regular team socials and the annual full team off-site.Location: The position of B2B Content Executive is based in Central London.
