Job description

A Customer Experience Platform Lead, specialising banking or financial services is required for a consultancy project in London.

This projects offers 95%+remote work and is outside IR35.

As part of an ongoing procurement and bid process, a CX platform expert is required to lead and advise on a CX platform selection process for a financial services client. Using your market knowledge and industry expertise, you would play a pivotal role in defining the roadmap for a key client over the next half year and more.

Role: CX Platform Lead

Start Date: ASAP - December (Early January also possible)

Contract Length: 6 months initially - extensions likely

Work Location: 95%+ remote (occasional visits to London office)

IR35 Status: Outside IR35

Industry: Financial Services/Banking/Consultancy

Interview Process: 1 Stage

You will be developing the platform requirements based on information from the end customer as well as best practice from your prior knowledge and experience. This position will generate a selection of alternative CX platform solutions and evaluate each alternative solution against the agreed requirements and make a solution recommendation.

You will be working within the larger pre-sales team and own the entire solutioning and implementation process. This role also requires creating presentations to present the solution to the client.

Key Experience:

  • Knowledge of CX platform solutions used for Banking and other Financial Services organisations (eg Backbase, Temenos/Kony, Pega, etc)
  • Experience of running similar package selection exercises
  • Experience of developing CX technical solutions for banking/Financial Services Clients
  • Knowledge of Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-money Laundering (AML) and Identity and Verification (ID&V) solutions
  • Experience of working in a pre-sales environment with good written and oral communication skills
