We are seeking a Behaviour mentor to join a fantastic school from January

We are looking to appoint a Behaviour/ Pathway mentor to ensure outstanding outcomes for students who are at risk according to school indicators of progress and progression and to ensure outstanding outcomes for children. The successful candidate will have previous experience in supporting students, and experience and understanding of teenage children and mental health.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to work with students in a superb inclusion team. This role is to work as a Behaviour/Pathway mentor within the Inclusion Team and we are seeking an individual who has experience of working on a 1:1 basis or with small groups of pupils.

This will be a fantastic role for either graduates with a degree relating to Education coupled with experience or an experienced Behaviour mentor or Pathway mentor who has worked with pupils in the past and has the experience.

We are looking for a Behaviour / Pathway Mentor who has experience and can mentor students - listen to their problems, deal with family issues, attend meetings, mental health/welfare.

You will be given training and support to have the right tools to support the pupils who have additional needs and sometimes struggles to focus within lessons.

If you are an experienced Behaviour mentor or Pathway mentor then this role will provide you with excellent and varied experience.
