Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy.ResponsibilitiesTikTok's Brand Partnership Managers are responsible for building long term partnerships with the top agencies and brands across Europe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.Client Relationship ManagementEstablish and manage client relationships with brands and advertisersRetain and grow revenue from advertisersProvide clients with the highest level of sales and customer serviceCollaborate with internal teams globally across product, marketing, legal, engineering and salesProduct ManagementBrainstorm, identify, and implement advertising solutions on TikTok to deliver measurable results for clientsAnalyze data and glean insights to inform and execute the client strategyServe as an external product consultantCampaign Planning and ManagementOversee and help to facilitate clients' ad campaigns from start to finishManage internal account operations, e.g. customer account set up, supplier information etcPlan and build compelling storylines and data-driven presentations that are customized to clients' business and objectivesBA/BS degree in marketing, advertising, technology or media fieldExperience in ad sales marketing and development, or a related sales support functionDemonstrated understanding of digital media platforms and ad metricsDemonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teamsExperience working within the CPG vertical desirableExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsExperience with analyzing data and delivering insightsSelf-starter, fast learner with a can-do spiritAbility to travel domestically and internationally as neededTikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
