Right now we're looking for a Brand Strategist to join our team at the UK Media and Commerce Centre in Chiswick Park, West London on a 6 Month Contract.Taking an omni channel approach across TV and digital platforms, the team is responsible for delivering the strategy for QVC to achieve business objectives, ensuring that the customer is at the forefront of everything we do.Reporting to the Manager of Sales Strategy, you will be accountable for overseeing and communicating activities for integrated digital campaigns and overlook all aspects of TV pre-production, whilst facilitating and encouraging effective collaboration amongst internal teams.You will be a key individual for the business, taking responsibility for a product category such as Beauty, Fashion or Home. You will manage and work on the long term brand, category and business strategies with the merchandising teams; and as an expert in your given category, you will deliver an aligned experience for the customer at every QVC touchpoint through developing engaging live television experiences and commissioning effective content across all QVC platforms to inform and educate the customer on their route to purchase.When coordinating events, campaigns and brand launches, you'll partner closely with primary QVC stakeholders from Ecommerce, Merchandising, Customer Marketing, Social and PR to develop and align on campaign plans and execution.Externally, you'll build relationships with our vendors and on-air guests, and internally, just about every department at QVC both in the UK and globally, so strong communication skills are essential.It's crucial you have the ability to make quality decisions, and as a prominent team member, an ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively is essential. You must be confident in presenting your ideas, driving initiatives and sharing new ways of thinking.You will ideally have a relevant qualification (degree or equivalent) in media, marketing or advertising. Experience of Sales Strategy, and TV Production would be an advantage, likewise an understanding of merchandising, marketing and e-commerce would also be useful but essentially we are open and committed to finding the right person to be part of our enthusiastic and talented team.INDCOMM
