An exciting opportunity for two experienced Business Analysts to support the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists' (RCOG) Digital Recovery Programme.
About the role
The RCOG has identified a vision of how digital technology can transform the way we operate, recognising that the information, core services and products we provide can be delivered more efficiently and made more accessible through the strategic adoption of digital technology. As Business Analysts, you will play an instrumental role in the delivery of a coherent, integrated RCOG experience through multiple digital projects, including the enhancement of our central CRM system, to ensure every engagement with the RCOG is a positive one.
These are varied and fast-paced roles in which you will be required to act as an authority on business processes and process improvement as well as championing best practice. You will work closely with the departments across the business to identify and analyse business processes; gather, define and prioritise business requirements; assess deliverables against project and programme objectives; and ensure these align with defined business benefits.
About you
Proven exposure to best practice technical design (such as Microsoft qualifications or training)
Experience in exhaustive identification and prioritisation of business requirements
Experience in defining and reviewing business processes
Experience working within a formal change management environment
Experience of leading user workshops
